 Todd Abelson, Sr. Loan Officer
Born, raised and educated in New York City, Todd has a B.S. degree in Computer Science
and a degree (equivalent) in Accounting. He worked as a leading software consultant
specializing in business and accounting systems and as Operations Manager for a
local Tucson firm. In 1995 Todd merged his experience as a business consultant with
his expertise in accounting and finance to become a Loan Officer. An acknowledged,
leading Mortgage Advisor in Tucson, over 99% of his customers offer exuberant testimonials
on his behalf, several of which are included for your review. Todd and his wife,
Marcia, have lived in Arizona since 1977 and Tucson since 1984. Along with their
daughter, Bonnie, they are very active is community activities, road cycling (Todd)
and women’s softball and basketball (Bonnie).

 Tyler Ford, Sr. Loan Officer
Tyler is a lifetime Arizonan, raised in Tucson and a graduate of Northern Arizona
University in Flagstaff. Tyler has a great deal of experience in the real estate
field initially as an agent and then as an investor. It was as an investor that
Tyler became involved with Mortgages and has become recognized in Tucson as a mortgage-originating
leader. In November 2003, Tyler joined the Long Mortgage team were he was recognized
as a top loan officers out of 500 at HomeServices Of America. Tyler is now at SunStreet
Mortgage providing the same great service, trust, experience and knowledge. Tyler
and his wife Mimi are athletic enthusiasts, enjoying the entire out door benefits
Tucson has to offer.
